Self-esteem training

What does PEP stand for?

PEP®️ stands for Process- and Embodiment focused Psychology developed by Dr. Michael Bohne, a highly qualified psychiatrist, therapist, and performance coach.

PEP®️ enables the recognition and resolution of burdensome emotions and inner blockades through a bifocal approach that incorporates both the mental (mind) and physical (body) aspects. The method relies on a multisensory process that actively integrates sensory perceptions.

PEP®️ has a sustainable impact by activating and enhancing self-efficacy. The therapeutic orientation of the method is characterized by a calm and humorous atmosphere, while simultaneously acknowledging existing suffering.

PEP can help you:

  • Finally achieve your professional or personal goals
  • Strengthen your self-esteem
  • Sustainably change your diet and thus reach your ideal weight
  • Address addiction problems

Self-esteem training with PEP

A healthy self-esteem forms the basis for a fulfilling and successful life. However, recognizing one’s own worth, or “self-esteem,” can often be a challenging task.

Is self-esteem always the same? What factors influence self-esteem?
Self-esteem is context-dependent and can be influenced by various factors, including personal experiences, social environment, upbringing, successes, and failures. The ability to appreciate and accept oneself is learnable and often easier than it may initially seem. The goal of self-esteem training is to strengthen the feeling of self-worth, confidence in one’s abilities, and acceptance of oneself.
