Cranberry Water

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

    Kitchen utensils: High-speed blender and lemon squeeze

Directions:

Put the washed cranberries and the 4 cups of water into a high-speed blender and blend everything well. Then strain the resulting cranberry water through a sieve or nut milk bag into a bowl. Squeeze a lime and add the juice to the cranberry water. Sweeten with liquid raw honey if desired.

Good to know:

Instead of fresh cranberries, frozen cranberries can also be used. Simply thaw them beforehand and use 1/2 cup to achieve the same quantity.
